Shipping Policy

At Your Apparel, every item is custom-made to order by our small, two-person team. We take pride in creating high-quality, personalized apparel, and that means a little extra time goes into each order.

Processing & Production Time

All orders require approximately 1 week for materials to arrive, followed by an additional week for design, production, and shipping preparation. In most cases, you can expect your order to ship within 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, custom design requests, or peak seasons.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Most standard shipping orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Made-to-Order Process

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not keep inventory on hand. Every order is created individually, which allows us to provide a more personalized product-but also means longer processing times than large retailers.

 

Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Supply delays

  • High order volume

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Your Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Your Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.
