Your Apparel specializes in custom, made-to-order apparel. Each item is created specifically for the customer, which means:

  • All designs are produced based on the details provided at checkout

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur

  • No two items are exactly identical

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the custom process.

 

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before submitting an order, including:

  • Size selection

  • Design choices

  • Shipping information

Your Apparel is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

5. Processing & Shipping

As a small, two-person team, we operate on a made-to-order basis. Orders typically require:

  • Approximately 1 week for materials to arrive

  • An additional week for production and shipment

Estimated shipping timelines are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply issues, order volume, or carrier delays.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or design variations

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Your Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers submitting custom designs confirm they have the right to use any images, logos, or text provided. Your Apparel is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Your Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

 

9. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.
